3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) betwild account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. betwild is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betwild login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. betwild will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betwild accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. betwild does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. betwild reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on betwild are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 betwild may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. 5.4 betwild reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on the betwild platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by betwild or any third party.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, betwild reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. betwild's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 betwild reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that results from a technical error, software bug, or manifest error in odds or game settings. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake that a reasonable person would recognize as incorrect.

9.2 betwild's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
